Defendant RECTIFIED JUDGMENT The present judgment is rectified in order to correct in the conclusions the name of the Defendant which should have read Voyages Le Connaisseur Inc. [ 1 ] The Plaintiff claims unpaid commissions of $986.01. [ 2 ] After reviewing the report prepared by the Defendant [1] , the Court concludes that the amount claimed by the Plaintiff is very similar to what the report states and what the Defendant acknowledges owing. [ 3 ] The Defendant has filed a Cross-claim of $343.93 to prepare the accounting report. [ 4 ] The Court considers that, notwithstanding the fact that an agent should prepare her report to claim commissions, the Defendant has nevertheless the obligation to prepare its own report to confirm or not the amount owed.

FOR THESE REASONS AND THOSE MENTIONED ORALLY AT THE HEARING, THE COURT: GRANTS in part Plaintiff’s Claim; CONDEMS the Defendant Voyages Le Connaisseur Inc. to pay to the Plaintiff Annette King the sum of $986,01 with interest at the rate of 5% as of December 16, 2019; DISMISSES Defendant’s Cross-claim; WITHOUT COST .
