NICHOLAS GARDNER Defendant ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The plaintiff is claiming 80.49$ because he lent a pair of track shorts to the defendant on or around June 4, 2014, at Massey- Vanier High school. [ 2 ] The defendant never gave it back to the plaintiff. The latter is entitled to claim this amount of 80.49$ in order to repay the shorts. The Court takes notice of the fact that both parties were of a minor age at the time of the event but are now eighteen years old.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 3 ] CONDEMNS the defendant to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 80.49$ with interests at the legal rate, plus the additional indemnity stipulated in
