C- 25.01) and 582 C.C.Q.). [ 1 ] The Tribunal is seized of an application presented by A and B petitioners, for the adoption of X born […] in the City A province of Quebec. [ 2 ] The placement order was issued on January 7, 2021. [ 3 ] The evidence shows that the conditions and formalities established by law have been fulfilled. [ 4 ] The petitioners’ testimony and all of the evidence confirm that it is in the best interests of the child to allow this application.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GRANTS the present application; PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by the petitioners, A and B ATTRIBUTES to the child the name and surnames of X ORDERS that a copy of the present judgment of adoption be issued and forwarded by the clerk of the Court of Quebec, Youth Division, to notify the adoption judgment to the Registrar of Civil Status and to provide the latter with any information enabling him to draw up a new birth certificate, and this, in accordance with the provisions of

article 129 of the Civil Code of Quebec ; ORDERS the Registrar of Civil Status to comply with the requirements established by law; ORDERS the Registrar of Civil Status to draw up a new act of birth of the aforesaid child according to the present judgment of adoption; ORDERS the clerk of the Court of Quebec, Youth Division, to issue and transmit to the petitioners a certified copy of the adoption judgment. AUTHORIZES the clerk of the Court of Quebec, Youth Division, to give the petitioners the original documents filed in the file; THE WHOLE without costs.
