section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - The adolescent is the victim of bodily injury or unreasonable method of upbringing by her father; - There is a risk that the adolescent's father does not provide for the adolescent's basic needs. [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant [social worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ORDERS that the adolescent, X, be entrusted to a foster family for a period of ten months with a progressive reintegration into her father's home; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her father be established according to the modalities of a person designated by the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her mother be established according to the modalities of a person designated by the Director of Youth Protection and in respect of the Superior Court judgement; RECOMMENDS that X and her father participate actively to the applied measures; RECOMMENDS that the father participate actively in a follow-up concerning his parenting skills; ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
