[ 2 ] The Court is of the opinion that these measures are likely to put an end to the situation and respect the rights and interest of the children. [ 3 ] The consent of the parties was given in a free and enlightened manner. [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 5 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X (2008-[…]), Y (2006-[…]), and Z (2000-[…]), are in danger; [ 6 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures enumerated in the agreement filed as exhibit D-2; [ 7 ] ENTRUSTS the children’s situation to the Director of Youth Protection A, for the purpose of executing this enactment.
