JUDGMENT On the request for postponement of the motion for suspension of provisional execution [ 1 ] Alleging medical reasons, the Petitioner asks that the hearing of his motion to suspend provisional execution of the May 10 th judgment of the Superior Court be postponed until November 2011, and for at least eight weeks. [ 2 ] In light of the documents that he sent to the undersigned over the course of the last few days and considering the nature of his verbal explanations today, it is clear that the Petitioner masters his file perfectly and is able to plead his case adequately. [ 3 ] FOR THESE REASONS , the motion for postponement is DISMISSED , without costs.
