Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.) [ 1 ] Whereas the Court must decide on a demand from the Director of Youth Protection for the adolescent to extend immediate protection measure requesting that the adolescent be entrusted to a rehabilitation center for a period not exceeding five (5) business days. [ 2 ] Considering the adolescent’s interest; [ 3 ] Considering that the adolescent give her address to older man that she met on the internet; [ 4 ] Considering that the adolescent make offers of sexual activities in exchange for money; [ 5 ] Considering that the Tribunal made the observation of the need for such a measure and recognizes the merits; [ 6 ] FOR THE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 7 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 8 ] PROLONGES the implementation of immediate protective measures for a period of five (5) working days of this judgment :
