In the case of : X ([…], 1997) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection is asking the Court to revise an order made on May 3, 2011 by witch the youth X was placed in a Readaptation Center for a period of 6 months. [ 2 ] The parties have signed a draft agreement under Sec.76.3 Y.P.A. recognizing that the security and development of the youth are still in danger since, even though she made some improvements regarding her behavior and attendance at school, she still displays behavior problems as self mutilation, aggressive behavior toward other children and the staff where she is residing, mood swings and self destructive behavior. [ 3 ] The youth is doing well in a structured environment and still needs to receive services and supervision offered where she is placed. [ 4 ] The father was released from jail in August 2011 and the mother is presently detained.

FOR THESE REASONS THE COURT : [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion for revision. [ 6 ] ORDERS the implementation of the draft agreement; [ 7 ] ORDERS that the youth be placed in a reception center for a period of 3 months; [ 8 ] ORDERS that the youth receive a psychological evaluation and follow up if needed; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the youth be allowed to visit her family for her birthday of the […] and for Christmas; [ 10 ] ORDERS that a person working for an institution provide aid, counseling and assistance to the child and parents; [ 11 ] ORDERS that the contacts between the youth and the parents be determined by the Director of Youth Protection; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the youth and the parents collaborate with the Youth Protection; [ 13 ] ORDERS that the police collaborate in the execution of the agreement; [ 14 ] ORDERS that the youth's situation be entrusted to The Director of Youth Protection of A for the purpose of executing the said enactment;
