GIUSEPPINA MAFFEO -and- ANTONIO TRIMARCO Defendants ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT RENDERED ON THE BENCH ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Considering that Plaintiff 2622-1374 Québec inc. instituted an action against Defendants Giuseppina Maffeo and Antonio Trimarco for the amount of $12,000 plus interest and costs; [ 2 ] Considering that the parties reached a settlement on January 14, 2011, whereby Defendants undertake to pay Plaintiff the sum of $10,000 in capital plus $1,500 in interest and costs, in three installments, as set out in their declaration of settlement out of Court; [ 3 ] Considering the representations of the parties; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GIVES ACT to the declaration of settlement out of Court; ORDERS Defendants Giuseppina Maffeo and Antonio Trimarco to respect their undertaking, namely to pay Plaintiff 2622-1374 Québec inc. the sum of $10,000 in capital plus $1,500 in interest and costs, for a total of $11,500, as follows: - Defendants shall pay Plaintiff on or before February 16, 2011 the amount of at least $2,000; - Defendants shall pay Plaintiff on or before March 16, 2011 the amount of at least $4,000;
