[ 1 ] I am of the opinion that this interlocutory judgment does not decide in part the issues and does not order the doing of anything that cannot be remedied by the final judgment (art. 29 C.c.p .) [ 2 ] Moreover, in light of the nature of the proceedings, the pursuit of justice does not require that leave be granted (art. 511 C.c.p .), because the judgment is essentially a case management decision, its object being simply to speed up the proceedings. FOR THOSE REASONS: [ 3 ] The motion is DISMISSED, without costs, due to the nature of the case. FRANÇOIS DOYON, J.C.A.
