P-34.1 R.S.Q. ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Mrs [Social Worker 1], delegate duly authorized by the Director of Youth Protection A., asks the Court to review the decision rendered by the Honourable Marc E. Grimard on October 7, 2008 concerning the situation of X, born on […]. She asks for the placement of the youth for four months in a reception centre. [ 2 ] At the hearing, the parents are present, represented by Me Angela Tommasel (father) and Me Sarah Plamondon (mother).
Me Cassandra Neptune represents the youth and Me Robert-André the petitioner. [ 3 ] According to Sections 76.3 and 76.4 of the Youth Protection Act , the parties produce a draft agreement, and following the comments of the parties' lawyers, the Court concludes that the measures agreed upon are in the youth's best interest and in the respect of her rights. [ 4 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 5 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 6 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still in danger; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the agreement filed as exhibit D-3 and annexed to the present judgment; [ 8 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures applicable agreed upon by the parties and listed in paragraph 3 of the agreement; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the youth's situation to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
