Annick Nguyen Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] [ 2 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion for judicial interim release; [ 4 ] ORDERS the release of the petitioner, FRANCIS DOYLE FOWLER, on the following conditions: 1. Reside with his mother at [...], Longueuil; 2. Be at his residence between 10 PM and 6 AM, except for family gatherings while accompanied by his mother or for the purpose of work; 3.
Recognizance of $ 25 000, without deposit, of his mother, Nicole St-Amour; 4. Abstain from leaving the judicial districts of Montreal and Longueuil; 5. Report in person once a week to the RCMP Headquarters, 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, on Mondays, between 9 AM and 4 PM, and sign the register; 6. Leave his passport with the clerk of the Court; 7. Abstain from applying for a Canadian or American passport; 8. Provide the RCMP with the details of his employer and advise the RCMP of any change of employment; 9.
Abstain from communicating with the following persons, except in the presence of his lawyer: o Tarina Broxten; o Jerry Henry; o Élizabeth Forehand; o Brandon Schram; o Heather Soock; o Mark Hicks;
o James Hollriegel; 10. Surrender into the custody of the Rivière-des-Prairies Detention Center the day before the hearing of the judicial review of the Minister's decision ordering his extradition; [ 5 ] ORDERS that an undertaking of these conditions be given before a justice of the peace assigned to such matters at the Superior Court, before the petitioner is released.
