section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The mother's situation has changed and the initial reasons for compromission are less apparent; - The adolescent and the mother have a good relationship; - The adolescent has been spending more time at his mother's and the situation is stable enough for a reintegration. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on May 22 nd , 2008; ORDERS that X be under his mother's care for the next year; ORDERE that the mother report periodically to the youth protection the means that she puts in place in order to put an end to the compromission; ORDERS that the mother has to continue her engagements with the CLSC, ACEF and the work placement at CLE; ORDERS that X report when invited to the youth protection the means that he puts in place in order to make things work at home and to show its achievements; ORDERS that X apply and participate actively if accepted in the APL program; ORDERS that X continue his schooling;
ORDERS that X and his mother participate actively to the elaboration and the application of X's intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and his family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
