section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The mother has not completed the follow-ups recommended; therefore the reintegration of the children has not been actualized; - The situation remains fragile and it is necessary for the mother to maintain her mobilisation in order for a reintegration to be possible. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on May 30 th , 2012 by the Honourable Judge Michel Séguin; ORDERS that the child, X, be entrusted into the care of a foster family until August 31 st , 2013 with a reintegration at the mother's home if the situation permits it; ORDERS that the contacts between the child and her mother be according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of
Youth Protection; ORDERS that Ms. A ensures that her children are not left without supervision and that they have appropriate caregivers at all times; ORDERS that Ms. A periodically report to the DYP in regards to the evolution of her situation and the steps taken in order to put an end to the situation compromising the security and/or development of her children; ORDERS that Ms. A receives the required services for her situation (mental health, parental abilities and drug counselling) and that she applies the recommendations; ORDERS that Ms.
A actively participates in the elaboration and application of the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and his family for a period of 8 months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
