[ 1 ] JH5272 Le Tribunal est saisi d'une requête en révision d'une ordonnance rendue par le soussigné le 22 août 2014. [ 2 ] Le Directeur recommande de poursuivre son intervention pour les prochains 9 mois.

Les parties consentent. [ 3 ] Les progrès accomplis par l'adolescent sont réels mais fragiles. [ 4 ] On se souviendra souffre d'un trouble de déficit de l'attention avec hyperactivité. Lorsqu'il prend sa médication, il y a un impact immédiat sur son fonctionnement, principalement en milieu scolaire. [ 5 ] Cependant, au printemps dernier, l'adolescent a choisi de cesser de prendre sa médication. [ 6 ] Néanmoins, depuis juin, on note une certaine amélioration de son comportement. [ 7 ] La rentrée scolaire s'est faite correctement et le comportement de l'adolescent dans son milieu familial est acceptable.

La mère et l'adolescent collaborent bien avec le Directeur. [ 8 ] Toutefois, il apparaît pertinent de vérifier auprès d’un médecin si X bénéficierait d’une médication pour son TDAH. Il faut éviter l’effet nocif des échecs répétitifs. [ 9 ] L'adolescent explique qu'il n'en sent pas le besoin et qu'il a plutôt choisi de changer son cercle d'amis. [ 10 ] Quant au père, il demeure absent de la vie familiale. FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 11 ] GRANTS the motion;

[ 12 ] DECLARES that security and development of the adolescent are still compromised; [ 13 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection A, who shall then see that the measures are carried out: [ 14 ] ORDERS that the adolescent remain entrusted to his mother; [ 15 ] TAKES ACT that the adolescent and the mother agree that the Director be authorized to obtain and share information with service providers; [ 16 ] RECOMMENDS that the adolescent meet a doctor to discuss his medication; [ 17 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the adolescent and his mother; [ 18 ] THE WHOLE for 9 months.
