In the case of : X ([…] 2002) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR PROTECTION (Sec. 38, Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection asks the Court to declare compromised the security and development of X. [ 2 ] In April 2011 the youth was beaten up by his uncle who was living at his mother's place. [ 3 ] The child's behavior changed after that and he started displaying sexually inappropriate behaviors and aggressiveness towards peers and school staff. [ 4 ] The mother has been uncooperative with the school principal concerning the behavior problems displayed at school by her son and the irregularity of his attendance at school. [ 5 ] The cooperation of the mother with the Director of Youth Protection is irregular. [ 6 ] The mother does not take the means to put an end to her son's serious behavioral problems. [ 7 ] She was offered help with the C.L.S.C. but despite numerous attempts to set an appointment, the mother never showed up. [ 8 ] FOR THESE REASONS THE COURT : [ 9 ] GRANTS the motion for protection; [ 10 ] DECLARES the security and development of X endangered according to sec 38b) 1º iii and 38f) of the Youth Protection Act; [ 11 ] ORDERS that X remain at home with his mother; [ 12 ] ORDERS that X receive a psychological evaluation to make sure that he receive all the services he needs; [ 13 ] ORDERS that X attend school on a daily basis; [ 14 ] ORDERS the mother to cooperate with the school staff and the D.Y.P.; [ 15 ] ORDERS that the child and his family receive aid, counsel and assistance;
