Justice Vauclair on the 14 th of December 2018 and now asks the Court to modify the conditions of his interim release; [ 2 ] With the consent of the Crown; FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS IN PART the motion to modify conditions of release of the appellant. [ 4 ] MODIFIES the conditions as follows: - Condition 4: The curfew between midnight and 6 AM will be lifted until midnight on the 3rd of January 2020.

After the 3rd of January 2020, the curfew is lifted only for work purposes; - Condition 11: The appellant is permitted to own a cellular phone for his use in employment on the condition that he will provide a copy of the contract of service as well as the number of the telephone within a week to the Crown, the Court office and to the police. [ 5 ] The appellant must appear before a Justice of the peace or a Judge of the Court of Quebec to sign these changes of conditions within a week to sign the modification of his conditions of interim release.
