s) Greffière audiencière PAR LE JUGE JUGEMENT LE SOUSSIGNÉ : [ 1 ] ACCUEILLE la requête en prorogation du délai pour le dépôt de l’exposé de la

partie appelante. [ 2 ] PROROGE le délai de notification et de dépôt de l’exposé la

partie appelante au 15 décembre 2017. [ 3 ] PROROGE le délai de notification et de dépôt des exposés de la

partie intimée et de la

partie mise en cause au 15 février 2018. [ 4 ] ACCUEILLE la requête pour modification des conditions de mise en liberté; [ 5 ] MODIFIE les conditions de mise en liberté de l’appelant afin qu’elles se lisent ainsi : - Keep the peace, have a good behaviour and be present for court appearances whenever required; - Maintain the amount already deposited in first instance: 5,000.00$; - Reside within 48 hours of the present judgment at: 366 Redstone Road West

Richmond Hill, Ontario L4S 2V7 - Report himself within 72 hours of his arrival at the aforementioned location and afterward every two weeks at the local police station; - Notify agent Marie-Christine Viola within 72 hours of his arrival at his new address; - Abstain to change his place of residence without prior authorization from the Court or one of its judges; - Abstain to make a passport request; - Not to be in the physical presence of minors, except his niece and nephew, children of Nancy Ibrahim , in that case under the constant supervision of a responsible adult; - Abstain to communicate or attempt to communicate with minors, except his niece and nephew, children of Nancy Ibrahim , in that case under the constant supervision of a responsible adult; - Abstain from being at a daycare centre, a schoolyard, a playground, a community centre, a public park or a public space where there is bathing, if there are persons less than 16 years old or reasonable to expect that there would be; - Abstain to seek, accept or keep a job, paid or not, or a volunteer work that would put the appellant in a relationship of trust with persons less than 16 years old; - Abstain to connect, directly or indirectly, to an internet network or a TCP/IP protocol, email software or online communication software; - Abstain to possess a computer, data within the meaning of

article 342.1 (2) of the Criminal Code or equipment allowing access to the internet (including smart phones and game consoles); - Abstain to subscribe to an internet service for the duration of court procedures; - Surrender to the prison authorities of Quebec within 48 hours of the issuance of the decision of the Court of appeal rejecting his appeal or before the expiry of any delay decided by the Court or one of its judges.
