Defendant ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Plaintiff claims $1,325.00 pursuant to a contract intervened with the Defendant. The contract provides for the attendance by Plaintiff to French classes given by the Defendant.
The amount claimed is equal to the registration fees the Plaintiff alleges he paid to the Defendant. [ 2 ] Defendant was not present at hearing, even though it has been duly informed of the date scheduled. [ 3 ] Plaintiff has proven the facts supporting his claim, by his testimony, the statements in lieu of testimonies that he produced and by his exhibits [1] . FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : GRANTS the application; CONDEMNS the Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff $1,325.00, with interest at the legal rate plus the additional indemnity provided for in
