[ 2 ] The plaintiff is working as a customer service representative in an office in Sherbrooke; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiff admits at the audience that she doesn’t need her vehicle to carry on her principal means of livelihood, but rather needs it to go to work; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiff explains that she also needs to drive a vehicle to be able to meet her obligations towards her family and to go to school; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING that this situation doesn’t meet the conditions of
