[ 1 ] Le Tribunal procède à rendre des mesures finales à la suite de l’ordonnance intérimaire du 25 octobre 2017. [ 2 ] L’augmentation des contacts mère/enfant s’est bien passée.

Toutes les visites se sont bien déroulées. La mère a trouvé une garderie appropriée dans son voisinage. Elle collabore bien tant avec l’éducatrice qu’avec l’intervenante sociale. [ 3 ] JH5272 Le Directeur est prêt à entamer le processus d’intégration de X chez sa mère. La mère consent aux mesures proposées bien qu’elle souhaiterait un suivi social un peu plus court.

Il n’y a plus d’inquiétude quant à la consommation de cannabis de la mère. [ 4 ] Le Tribunal estime donc que madame A a été à la hauteur des attentes, qu’elle est capable d’assumer la responsabilité de son fils et que celui-ci est en mesure de retourner vivre avec sa mère. [ 5 ] Il a donc lieu de donner suite à la suggestion des parties.

FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 6 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection of the CIUSSS B, who shall then see that the measures are carried out: [ 7 ] ORDERS the placement of the child in a foster family until May 19 th , 2018 ; [ 8 ] ORDERS that a reintegration plan be implemented as of now; [ 9 ] TAKES JUDICIAL NOTICE that the mother is no longer involved with B; [ 10 ] TAKES ACT of mother’s agreement to authorize the Director to share and obtain information with treating professionals involved with the family; [ 11 ] ORDERS the mother to collaborate with the Director of Youth Protection; [ 12 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the child and the mother; [ 13 ] THE WHOLE for one year.
