BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing Applicants’ motions for modification of conditions made in file 500-10-005929-151 of this Court where as they should have been made in files 500-10-005217-128 and 500-10-005218-126; [ 2 ] Granting permission to amend the motions accordingly considering the consent of Respondent; [ 3 ] Considering the partial consent of Respondent so that the Applicants sign in with the RCMP Wednesday the 30 th of September 2015 and Wednesday October 7 th 2015 instead of Monday September 28 th 2015 and Monday October 5 th 2015; [ 4 ] Given however that no other modification should be made at this time; THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 5 ] GRANTS in part only the motions for modification of conditions; [ 6 ] MODIFIES the order for release dated 30 th October 2014 regarding SIMA MARCH for the sole purpose of allowing SIMA MARCH to sign in with the RCMP Wednesday the 30 th of September 2015 and Wednesday October 7 th 2015, instead of Monday September 28 th 2015 and Monday October 5 th 2015; [ 7 ] MODIFIES the order for release dated 30 th October 2014 regarding ALEXANDER MARCH for the sole purpose of allowing ALEXANDER MARCH to sign in with the RCMP Wednesday the 30 th of September 2015 and Wednesday October 7 th 2015, instead of Monday September 28 th 2015 and Monday October 5 th 2015; [ 8 ] ORDERS that the undertaking, as modified, be subscribed before a justice of the peace assigned for such purpose.
