In the case of : X ([…], 1997) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection asks the Court to revise an order made by this Court on November 1, 1999, extending the foster case of X until his majority. [ 2 ] Since September 2011, the youth had to be moved in two different foster homes on account of his behavior problems. [ 3 ] On April 2, 2012, the foster family was overwhelmed by the behavior of the youth who was, among other problems, not respecting the rules and who was stealing money and personal effects. [ 4 ] The cooperation of the youth with the D.Y.P. is irregular and the mother does not collaborate with de D.Y.P. [ 5 ] The youth needs a more structured environment to help him change his situation. [ 6 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 7 ] GRANTS the motion for revision; [ 8 ] DECLARES that the security and development of the youth X are still in danger; [ 9 ] DECLARES that the present situation constitutes new facts; [ 10 ] ORDERS that the youth be entrusted to a reception center (A Group Home) for a period of 6 months; [ 11 ] ORDERS the mother to collaborate with de D.Y.P. on her personal issues and in the youth's rehabilitation process; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the youth receive the health care as well as psychologic or psychiatric help he needs and that the recommendations of the health personnel be followed; [ 13 ] ORDERS the D.Y.P. to favor and supervise the modalities and the frequency of the contacts of the youth with his parents; [ 14 ] ORDERS the D.Y.P. to provide aid, counsel an assistance to the mother and the child; [ 15 ] THE WHOLE for a period of six months.
