[ 1 ] Considérant que l'adolescent manifeste toujours des problèmes de comportement; [ 2 ] Considéran t qu'il aura 18 ans dans quelques semaines; [ 3 ] Considérant que de l'avis du Directeur de la protection de la jeunesse, il n'a plus rien à gagner à demeurer en centre de réadaptation; [ 4 ] Considérant que la mère a mis en place une structure lui permettant d'accueillir son fils malgré ses écarts de conduite; [ 5 ] Considérant l'accord des parties; FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 6 ] DECLARES that security and development of the adolescent are still compromised; [ 7 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection of Youth and Family Centres A, who shall then see that the measures are carried out; [ 8 ] ENTRUSTS the adolescent to his mother; [ 9 ] TAKES ACT of the adolescent's commitment to continue his therapeutic process; [ 10 ] TAKES ACT of the adolescent's commitment to go back to school in January; [ 11 ] ORDERS the adolescent and his parents to collaborate with the Director of Youth Protection; [ 12 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the adolescent and his parents including the services of an educator; [ 13 ] THE WHOLE until January 9, 2016.
