DANIEL PRONMAN and RONABETH ZAND Defendants ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Court, after studying the procedures and the proof; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiff claims from the defendants Daniel PRONMAN and Ronabeth ZAND the sum of $35,857.34 with interest at 7.25% per annum from December 14, 2010; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiff claims from the defendant, Daniel PRONMAN, the sum of $17,402.90 with interest at 12.49% per annum from December 1 st , 2010; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that both defendants failed to appear or be represented at the hearing; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING that Daniel PRONMAN and Ronabeth ZAND contracted solidary obligations in the line of credit agreement; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING the exhibits and the affidavit produced at the hearing; [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiff's motion is well founded; [ 8 ] FOR THOSE REASONS, the Court CONDEMNS solidarily Daniel PRONMAN and Ronabeth ZAND to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $35,857.34 with interest at 7.25% per annum from December 14, 2010; CONDEMNS the defendant, Daniel PRONMAN, to pay to the plaintiff the sum of $17,402.90 with interest at 12.49% per annum from December 1 st , 2010; THE WHOLE, with costs. __________________________________ MARK SHAMIE, J.C.Q Mtre Xavier Brunet Brunet Brunet & Al Attorneys for the plaintiff Date of hearing: October 14, 2011
