[ 2 ] An order of placement in view of adoption with recognition of a pre-existing bond of maternal and paternal filiation is granted on September 14, 2021. [ 3 ] The child has been living with the Adopters-Applicants since November 20, 2020. [ 4 ] The Adopters-Applicants have more than eighteen years of difference in age with the child. [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the testimony of the Adopters-Applicants; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING that the Adopters-Applicants have the necessary qualities and warranted aptitudes to finalize the adoption; [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the child considers the Adopters-Applicants as his parents; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING that all parties agree with the adoption; [ 9 ] CONSIDERING that the Adopters-Applicants wish that the child bears the following first name and surname X , X ; [ 10 ] CONSIDERING the interests of the child and the respect of his rights; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 11 ] GRANTS the application; [ 12 ] REDUCES from six months to three months the period of placement stated at

article 566 of the Quebec Civil Code ; [ 13 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption with recognition of a pre-existing bond of maternal and paternal filiation to the child from the Applicants;
