JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Considering the motion submitted today by the applicant; [ 2 ] Considering that the motion is uncontested; [ 3 ] Considering that applicant seeks a change in condition number 2 so as to be able to reside at [...], Town A and not change address without the permission of the Court and condition 4, so that she has the permission to operate or drive a motor vehicle since she now has her driver licence. FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED ; [ 4 ] GRANTS the motion for modification of conditions 2 and 4 to read as follow, all of the others conditions to remain the same; 1.
Keep the peace and be of good behaviour; 2. Reside at [...], Town A and not change address without the permission of the Court ; 3. Not leave the Province of Quebec; 4. Permission his given to operate or drive a motor vehicle since she now has her driver licence ; 5. Abstain from the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs; 6. Abstain from going to any bar, club or similar place, private or public, in which alcohol and / or drugs are consumed or may be consumed, including family parties; 7. Refrain from using, carrying or having in her possession any firearms or weapons of any sort; 8.
Report to the SQ office at 3025, Laval, Lac Mégantic once a week every Monday to sign the register starting on June 25, 2012; 9. Recognizance by D. N. in the amount of $5,000; 10. Constitute herself prisoner the day prior to the hearing of any motion to judicially review the Minister's decision with respect to her surrendur; 11. Refrain from making a passport application for herself or any minor children; [ 5 ] ORDER that an undertaking of these conditions be given before a justice of the peace assigned to such matters, before the appellant is authorized with the new conditions.
