Defendant JUDGMENT [ 1 ] THE COURT , having examined the Motion for a Safeguard Order, renders the present judgment; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING the motion and the exhibits in support thereof; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the affidavit to its support;

[ 4 ] CONSIDERING the proof made; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING that the motion is well founded in fact and in law; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 6 ] GRANTS the present Motion for a Safeguard Order. [ 7 ] ORDERS the Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff the rent for the months of September and October 2012 in the amount of $12,887.00 each within 48 hours of the present judgment and, thereafter, on a monthly basis, starting on November 1 st , 2012, until a final judgment is rendered on the Motion to Institute Proceedings.

Alternatively : [ 8 ] ORDERS the Defendant to deposit to the office of the court the rent for the months of September and October 2012 in the amount of $12,887.00 within 48 hours of the judgement to be rendered and, thereafter, on a monthly basis, starting on November 1 st , 2012, until final judgment is rendered on the Motion to Institute Proceedings. [ 9 ] ORDERS the Defendant to provide Plaintiff with a proof of each deposit within five (5) days of the deposit. [ 10 ] IN ALL CASES, DECLARE that if the Defendant fails to respect the Court Order, the Plaintiff will be entitled to terminate the Lease, change the locks and retake possession of the leased premises, upon three days written notice to the Defendant, without prejudice to its other rights and recourses.
