Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection applies for an order of protection in regards to the children X, born on [...], 2015 and Y, born on [...], 2014. [ 2 ] Essentially, the Superior Court rendered an interim judgment until the trial date fixed on January 16 th and 17 th and that the DYP considers that the security and the development of the children are no longer in danger until the hearing in January. [ 3 ] Reflecting the expressed will of the parties, this agreement also respects the objectives of the Youth Protection Act as well as the interests and rights of the children. [ 4 ] As such, the Court endorses said agreement and affords it force of law. [ 5 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 6 ] RATIFIES the draft agreement having intervened between the parties as being an integral part of the present judgment; [ 7 ] ORDERS the parties to comply thereto.
