Lorrio’s Psychiatric Report dated June 4, 2021, and filed under EXHIBIT P-3; [ 3 ] Considering the Application was duly served to the Defendant and to the Third party; [ 4 ] Considering the evidence establishing each of the Application’s alleged facts; [ 5 ] Considering that the Defendant assisted by Me Lavigne is not contesting the motion; [ 6 ] The Court has serious reasons to believe that the Defendant is a danger to himself and/or to others owing to his mental state; [ 7 ] The Court considers that the security and health of the Defendant require that he be confined in the hospital; [ 8 ] Considering the urgency, the Court considers that it is appropriate to shorten the delay for the presentation of the application; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : GRANTS the present Motion;

SHORTENS the notification delay under

Section 396 of the Code of Civil Procedure for filing the motion; AUTHORIZES the plaintiff to notify the defendant and the third party of the motion less than 2 days before the presentation; ORDERS the confinement of the Defendant in the establishment situated at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la gaspésie, RÉSEAU LOCAL DE LA BAIE-DES-CHALEURS, hospital of Maria, located at 419 Boulevard Perron, Maria, (QC), G0C 1Y0, or any other establishment designated by the Director of professional services of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Gaspésie for a maximum period of 21 days following the judgment to come; ORDERS the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la gaspésie, RÉSEAU LOCAL DE LA BAIE-DES-CHALEURS, hospital of Maria, located at 419 Boulevard Perron, Maria, (QC), G0C 1Y0 or any other place designated by the latter to receive and admit the defendant, Mr.
