In the case of : X ([…] 2006) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection asks the Court to revise an order May 25, 2011 entrusting the Youth X to a foster family for a period of 6 months. [ 2 ] The youth had to be sent to a foster family in Town Abecause in the past the mother would harass the foster families; [ 3 ] On September 1 st , 2011 a visit was organized at the Youth Protection office between the mother and her daughter. [ 4 ] The mother was late for the visit which had been scheduled for one hour and she spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone talking to someone rather than taking care of her child. [ 5 ] The youth has her needs met in the foster family where she is and she is doing very well there. [ 6 ] The mother did not collaborate with the Youth Protection worker and even displayed aggressive behavior towards the worker. [ 7 ] She wants her children back but she must realize that this will occur when she will demonstrate that she can provide a safe environment to her children. [ 8 ] For that demonstration to be made, she will have to collaborate fully with the Youth Protection services and understand that everyone's wish is that the children be together with their mother, but with a mother who can provide a safe and alcohol and drug free environment to her children. [ 9 ] FOR THESE REASONS THE COURT : [ 10 ] GRANTS the motion for revision; [ 11 ] DECLARES that the present situation constitutes new facts; [ 12 ] DECLARES that the security and development of the youth are still compromised; [ 13 ] ORDERS that X remain in a foster home for another 6 months; [ 14 ] ORDERS the mother to collaborate with the C.L.S.C. and the Director of Youth Protection to work on her personal issues and parental skills;

[ 15 ] ORDERS that the contacts between the children and their parents be under the general supervision of the Director of Youth Protection; [ 16 ] STRONGLY recommends that the mother receive a full evaluation by a psychologist and that she follow the recommendations; [ 17 ] ORDERS that a person working for an institution provide aid, counsel and assistance to the youth and his family for a period of one year; [ 18 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the youth to the Director of Youth Protection for the implementation of this order.
