CANADA PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC DISTRICT […] LOCALITÉ […] N° : 525-41-022984-108 DATE : Le 23 mars 2011 ______________________________________________________________________ SOUS LA PRÉSIDENCE DE : L’HONORABLE PATRICE HURTUBISE, J.C.Q.
FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 10 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 11 ] DECLARES that security and development of the adolescent are still compromised; [ 12 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection of A Centres, who shall then see that the measures are carried out: [ 13 ] ENTRUSTS the adolescent to a reception center for 6 months; [ 14 ] AUTHORIZES the reintegration after 3 months if the situation allows; [ 15 ] ORDERS the adolescent to attend school regularly; [ 16 ] TAKES ACT of mother and adolescent's consent to participate in family therapy; [ 17 ] ORDERS that adolescent receives therapeutic support; [ 18 ] ORDERS the adolescent and the mother to collaborate with the Director; [ 19 ] ORDERS that contacts between the child and her mother take place following modalities to be determined by the Director at a frequency to be agreed upon between the parties; [ 20 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the adolescent and her mother, including family therapy; [ 21 ] THE WHOLE for one year.
