Plaintiff v. 9119-9265 QUÉBEC INC. and KHOSROW CHOUBINEH Defendants ______________________________________________________________________ ORDER FOR REOPENING OF THE TRIAL (art. 323 Code of Civil Procedure ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Upon deliberation, the Court deems it necessary to reopen the trial in order to hear an expert witness on the extent of the damages caused to the conference table and the cost to repair or to replace it, taking depreciation into account. [ 2 ] Plaintiff is ordered to file an expert’s report into the Court record by no later than June 1, 2018, and to send a copy thereof to defendant 9119-9265 Québec Inc. [ 3 ] If defendant 9119-9265 Québec Inc. so wishes, it may also file an expert’s report by no later than July 2, 2018, and send a copy thereof to plaintiff. [ 4 ] The authors of the above reports must testify at the continuation of the hearing, unless they file a sworn statement in support thereof into the Court record. [ 5 ] The parties are hereby ordered to appear before the Court for the continuation of the hearing on October 2, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. in room 13.01.
