[ 1 ] The Court is seized of a motion presented by the Director of Youth Protection (The Director) requesting the placement of the child X, born on […], with the applicant-adopter, in view of is adoption. [ 2 ] CONSIDERING the motion of the Director requesting the placement for the adoption of the child X, born on […], in Town A, in the province of Quebec. [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the prescribed consent has been validly given and since then a period of thirty (30) days has elapsed; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that the conditions of placement for the purpose of adoption have been fulfilled. [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the interests of the child and respect of his rights.

FOR ALL THESE MOTIVES, THE TRIBUNAL : GRANTS the present motion; ORDERS the placement of the child subject of the petition with the applicants-adopters A and B for his adoption; ORDERS the placement for adoption without recognition of pre-existing filiation links of the child X among the applicant-adopters, namely: A and B; ENTRUSTS the parental authority towards the said child to the applicants-adopters for the term of the placement; TAKES NOTICE that the said child will be known by the name of X by the applicants-adopters for the term of the placement; REDUCES the delay of placement to three (3) months, considering the time the child has already lived with the applicants-adopters before the petition; ORDERS the Court of Quebec to notify the Director of Youth Protection of a true copy of the present judgment; AUTHORIZES the applicants-adopters to receive a true copy of the present judgment after the child’s original name has been removed;
