P-34.1 R.S.Q. ) [ 1 ] Mrs [SOCIAL WORKER 1], delegate of the Director of Youth Protection of the A C.Y.P.C., seizes the Court with a petition for an extension of the last judgment rendered on October 14, 2009 concerning X, 17 years old. She asks for an extension of his placement at the rehabilitation centre until his majority. [ 2 ] At the hearing, the youth and his mother are present, represented by Me Jean-Claude Latraverse (youth).

Me Robert-André Adam represents the petitioner. [ 3 ] Some admissions are made by the parties and the evidence is completed with the revision report and the medical report of Dr Louis Morissette, psychiatrist of Institut Pinel. [ 4 ] Considering that the youth consumes regularly drugs and that worsened his behavioural problems, [ 5 ] Considering he does not have introspection, [ 6 ] Considering his impulsivity and the suicidal risk, [ 7 ] Considering that he needs specialized rehabilitation services and a medical follow-up, [ 8 ] Considering the parties' agreement,

[ 9 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 10 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 11 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still in danger; [ 12 ] ORDERS the placement of X in a reception centre until his majority; [ 13 ] ORDERS the Director of Youth Protection to supervise the visit rights and access of the youth with his mother; [ 14 ] ORDERS the Director of Youth Protection to provide aid, counsel and assistance to the youth and his mother until his majority; [ 15 ] ORDERS the Director of Youth Protection to provide all the medical and psychological services the youth might need; [ 16 ] ORDERS any police officer to collaborate in the execution of the present judgment; [ 17 ] ENTRUSTS the youth’s situation to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing this enactment. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
