DECISION This is a motion for leave to appeal an interim ordermade on July 17, 2023, by a Justice of the Court ofKing’s Bench, Family Division, and a motion tostay the interim order and the main proceedingcommenced on March 29, 2023. The Intended Appellant has not established areasonable apprehension of bias on the part ofJudge. It is generally unusual for a single judge togrant leave to appeal interim orders unless it isdemonstrated that the interim order is clearly wrongand exceeds the wide ambit of reasonable outcomes(see Legault v. Rattray, (NBCA), [2003] N.B.J.
No. 442 (QL) (C.A.); J.H. v.T.H., 2014 NBCA 52, 442 N.B.R. (2d) 388). The motion for leave to appeal the interim orderrendered on July 17, 2023 and the motion for a stayof the interim order and of the main proceeding aredismissed with costs in the amount of $2,500.00.
