[ 2 ] On this occasion, they were entrusted to a foster family for a period of six months. [ 3 ] Today, the applicant is presenting the Court with a motion to review the decision on the ground that there was no improvement in the elements causing the endangered situation. [ 4 ] Once again, the parties are presenting the Court with a draft agreement in which they acknowledge certain facts and propose measures that are likely to end the said endangered situation. [ 5 ] Considering the circumstances, it appears proper to ratify the proposal submitted by the parties and to declare it enforceable. [ 6 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 7 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 8 ] DECLARES the security and development of the children in danger; [ 9 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures listed in the draft agreement filed as exhibit D-3 and appended to the present judgement, more specifically the measures listed in paragraphs 3.1 to 3.4; [ 10 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures included in the draft agreement. __________________________________ JEAN-PIERRE GERVAIS, J.C.Q.
