[ 5 ] The person concerned has sign a special consent of a parent to the adoption of her child, in favour of the Applicant.

This has been done for more than thirty (30) days. [ 6 ] The person concerned and the child both have a permanent residence in Canada. Pursuant of

section 562.2 of Civil Code of Québec , their intention is to establish and live permanently in Canada. [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the conditions of placement of a child in view of an adoption have been comply; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING the interest of the child and respect for her rights.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 9 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 10 ] ORDERS the placement in view of adoption of the child named X, born on […], with the Applicant, A; [ 11 ] CONFERS the parental authority of the child to the Applicant, A, and MAINTAINS the parental authority to the mother, B; [ 12 ] AUTHORIZES the child to be designated under first name and surname of X, during the period of placement.
