[ 1 ] JP2122 CONSIDERING the joint petition requesting the placement for adoption, with the co-petitioners, of the male child name X, born on [...], 2007; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING the judgment rendered on June 3, 2013, declaring the child eligible for adoption; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING that no appeal was filed following that judgment; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that the director of youth protection presents the petition to the Court; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the report prepared by [Social Worker 1], social intervener, on September 16, 2013; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING that the child lives with the co-petitioners since June 2009; [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the order of placement for adoption is in the interest of the child and in the respect of his rights and that the legal prescriptions were respected; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING the petition, the affidavits, the exhibits and the evidence rendered at the hearing; THEREFORE, THE COURT: [ 9 ] GRANTS the present petition; [ 10 ] ORDERS the placement of the child, X, born on [...], 2007, in view of his adoption with the co-petitioners Mr.

B and Mrs. A; [ 11 ] RECOMMENDS that the director of youth protection insures the placement of the child named X in view of his adoption with B and A and insures the follow-up until a final order of adoption of the said child is rendered; [ 12 ] DECLARES that parental authority with respect to the child, named X, be vested to the co- petitioners, until a final order of adoption shall be granted, and in the interim, TAKE ACT that the child will be designated under the name and surname of X .
