P-34.1 ) ______________________________________________________________________ I - INTRODUCTION [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection demands to the Court to declare the security and development of X, born on […], 2004 and his brother Y, born on […], 2001, in danger; [ 2 ] The parents who are both presently detained, serving sentences recognize the situation that endangers the security and development of their children and are in agreement with the measures proposed; [ 3 ] Consequently, the parties produced a draft agreement and following the comments of the children's lawyer, the Court concludes that the measures agreed upon are in the children's best interest and respect their rights; [ 4 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT: [ 5 ] GRANTS the demands; [ 6 ] DECLARES the security and development of the children in danger; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the agreements filed as exhibit D-2 and annexed to the present judgment; [ 8 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures applicable agreed upon by the parties and listed in paragraph 3 of the agreement; [ 9 ] ENTRUTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon.
