[ 3 ] On November 10, 2020, the mother, have signed a special consent for the adoption in view of an adoption with recognition of the pre-existing maternal bonds of filiation. [ 7 ] The Adopters-Applicants have more than eighteen years of difference in age with the child; [ 8 ] The child has been living with the Adopters-Applicants since […], 2020. [ 9 ] CONSIDERING that the conditions of the placement of the child for his adoption by the Adopters-Applicants have been duly fulfilled;

[ 10 ] CONSIDERING the time that the child has lived with the Adopters-Applicants prior to this Order; [ 11 ] CONSIDERING the testimony of the Adopters-Applicants, indicating their deep desire to complete the adoption project; [ 12 ] CONSIDERING the interests of the child and the respect of his rights; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 13 ] GRANTS the Application; [ 14 ] ORDERS the placement of the child with the Adopters-Applicants, Mrs. A and Mr.
