Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The applicant's proceeding is a motion pursuant to sub paragraph 489.1(1)(a)(ii) Cr. C to order the return of seized property that was authorized by an ex parte judgment of the Superior Court rendered on June 13, 2008. That provision does not provide any basis for a judge in chambers of this Court to issue the requested order. [ 2 ] I therefore dismiss the applicant's motion for want of jurisdiction. ALLAN R.
