Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing that the application is not contested; THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 2 ] GRANTS the application; [ 3 ] ORDERS that condition ix be modified so that it will read as follows: As of July 9, 2014, the petitioner shall report to the Sûreté du Québec (1701, Parthenais Street, Montréal), every two weeks, on Wednesday, between 9 am and 5 pm, and sign the register, this condition being suspended when a Wednesday coincides with a statutory holiday, except on Wednesday September 28, 2016, when the petitioner shall report by phone to the Surêté du Québec (514-595-4511) between 9 am and 5 pm. [ 4 ] ORDERS that the other conditions of release remain in force; [ 5 ] ORDERS that the present undertaking be subscribed before a justice of the peace assigned for such purpose.
