[ 2 ] An order for the placement of the child with the applicant-adopter was rendered on February 8, 2011, for period of three (3) months, considering that the child had been living with the applicant-adopter for nearly a year; [ 3 ] The testimony of the social worker is favourable to the adoption.

The child is developing well and there is no obstacle to the adoption. The follow-up was done and there is no negative point that surfaced. [ 4 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT: [ 5 ] GRANTS the demand; [ 6 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by Mrs.

A; [ 7 ] ASSIGNS to the child, the following family name and surname : X; [ 8 ] ORDERS to the Clerk of the Court to give notice of the judgment to the Registrar of civil status, as soon as the judgment acquires the authority of a final judgment; [ 9 ] AUTHORIZES the applicant to withdraw originals of the exhibits once judgment has been rendered and orders the Clerk of the Court to remit them to the attorney representing the applicants; [ 10 ] ORDERS the Registrar to make the required entries to ensure the publicity of the registry.
