Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 9.2, 9.3 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection seeks the revision and extension of a Court order rendered on September 22, 2021 in regards of the siblings. [ 2 ] On March 9, 2022, by consent of the parties and in view of the evidence, the Court declares that the security and the development of the children are still in danger in reason of educational neglect and psychological ill-treatment.

The hearing on final measures is continued to a further date in view of verifying the evolution of the situation. [ 3 ] At such date, the parties jointly submit that the parents are responding positively to their children’s needs and that furthermore, there is no longer any exposure to conflicts. [ 4 ] Before this admission and the evidence, the Court declares that there is no longer any foundation for the continued application of protective measures.
