article 1619 of the Civil code of Quebec , since October 19, 2009, plus judicial fees of $100; [ 4 ] Considering that Defendant presented a request for revocation of judgment on December 7, 2010; [ 5 ] Considering that by judgment rendered on December 8, 2010, the motion in revocation was received; [ 6 ] Considering that a hearing was re-scheduled for September 12, 2011; [ 7 ] Considering that Defendant failed to appear at the hearing; [ 8 ] Considering the absence of any evidence as to the merits of Defendant's motion for revocation of judgment; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: DISMISSES the motion for revocation of judgment presented by Defendant, Barbara Lisbona; DECLARES that the judgment rendered on November 9, 2010, condemning Barbara Lisbona to pay Erica Sara Brown the sum of $1,500 plus interest at the rate of 5% and the additional indemnity foreseen by
