section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: -

Malgré les acquis récents de la mère, la situation familiale demeure fragile nécessitant toujours l'implication de la directrice de la protection de la jeunesse. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sylvain Meunier, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; PROLONGS the decision rendered on July 30 th , 2012; ORDERS that X be entrusted under the care of his mother; ORDERS that the visits between the father and X be supervised and according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection and that the contacts be supervised as long as necessary; ORDERS that X is to receive all care required by his personal situation; RECOMMENDS that Mr.

A actively participates in the different services required by his situation (anger management, substance abuse and parental skills) and the he follows the recommendations made by the professionals; ORDERSS that the parent ensure that X is not in contact with the father's family; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and his family for a period of six months;
