Mélanie Camiré, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Applicant is asking ex parte for a confidentiality order to amend the Court’s plumitif and remove the identities of the parties from three files in which either the appeal was dismissed or leave to appeal was refused in 2015. [ 2 ] As there is no current matter pending before the Court other than this application, there is a question as to whether an appellate judge sitting alone has jurisdiction to grant the application.

I will therefore refer the matter to the Court so that it may decide whether to grant the application.
