section 70.1 of the Youth Protection Act to appoint Mrs. A as a tutor of X. [ 2 ] The report of Mrs. [Social Worker 1] of the Youth protection was produce. [ 3 ] The evidence, not challenged, showed that the mother and the father both fail, in fact, to assume the care, maintenance and education of the child. [ 4 ] Also the child is been under the care of Mrs. A and it is in his best interest to be under his tutorship. THEREFORE, THE COURT : GRANTS the motion; APPOINTS Mrs. A as tutor for the child; ENTRUSTS the child to Mrs.
A; AUTHORIZES the tutor to be the sole person to consent for the child care and medical services; PERMITS the contact between X and her parents is according to the modalities between the tutor and the parents; THE WHOLE without costs. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
