[ 1 ] The Court is seized by the Director of Youth Protection and the Adopter-Applicant with an application for a placement order in view of adoption with recognition of the pre-existing bond of maternal filiation concerning the child of female sex X , born on […], in the municipality of Town A . [ 2 ] The child concerned by this application has a maternal filiation as it appears from her birth certificate. [ 3 ] The child has no paternal filiation established by birth certificate, nor from uninterrupted possession of status neither by voluntary acknowledgement. [ 4 ] The child has been judicially declared eligible for adoption on November 30 , 2021. [ 5 ] The child lives with the Adopter-Applicant since April 26, 2019, and since that date, she evolves positively. [ 6 ] The Adopter-Applicant has more than eighteen years of difference of age with the child. [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the conditions of the placement of the child for her adoption by the Adopter-Applicant have been duly fulfilled; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING the time that the child has lived with the Adopter-Applicant prior to this Order; [ 9 ] CONSIDERING the testimony of the Adopter-Applicant, indicating her deep desire to compete the adoption project; [ 10 ] CONSIDERING the interest of the child and the respect of her rights; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 11 ] GRANTS the application;
